Official Rules

01. Sponsor

The Barracuda Baits Finesse Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Barracuda Baits LLC, San Antonio, Texas (the “Sponsor”). Website: barracudabaits.com.

02. Entry period

The Giveaway begins when Sponsor publishes the official Facebook Giveaway announcement (scheduled for October 12, 2026), and ends October 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the deadline are not eligible. Sponsor plans to select and announce winners on October 20, 2026.

03. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older when they enter. Sponsor's employees and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

04. How to enter

During the Entry Period, visit the official Barracuda Baits Facebook Page, find the original Barracuda Baits Finesse Giveaway announcement, and comment on that post naming which of the three eligible finesse baits you would most like to try.

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional comments do not create additional entries.
• No purchase, entry fee, product review, or other payment is required.
• Following the Page, tagging friends, and sharing or reposting the announcement are not required and do not improve the odds of winning.
• Comments must remain visible on the original post when entries are collected. Entries that are deleted, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible may be disqualified.

05. Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive three (3) packs of eligible Barracuda Baits finesse-style soft plastic fishing lures. Each winner may choose any combination of three packs from the following styles, as available:

Winners may select from available colors. Specific styles, colors, and quantities are subject to stock availability. If a selected option is unavailable, Sponsor will work with the winner to select an available eligible option. Standard shipping within the eligibility area is paid by Sponsor. No cash equivalent, transfer, or exchange for store credit.

Approximate retail value (ARV): $19.47 per winner; $58.41 total for all prizes, based on the listed retail price of $6.49 per pack at the time these rules were prepared. Shipping is provided at Sponsor's expense.

06. Winner selection and odds

On or about October 20, 2026, Sponsor will randomly draw three different winners from all eligible entries submitted during the Entry Period. Only one prize may be awarded per person. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

07. Winner notification and claim

Sponsor will announce the selected winners on its official Facebook Page and may reply to their entry comments or contact them through Facebook. Selected winners must respond within 72 hours after the initial notification to confirm eligibility, choose eligible baits and available colors, and provide the shipping information needed to fulfill the prize. If a selected winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, Sponsor may draw an alternate winner.

Scam warning: Barracuda Baits will never require a winner to pay shipping, provide credit-card information, or pay a fee to claim a prize. Winners should communicate only with the official Barracuda Baits Facebook Page.

08. Privacy and publicity

Information provided by confirmed winners, including shipping name and address, will be used to verify eligibility and deliver prizes and will not be added to marketing lists without separate consent. Sponsor may identify winners by their publicly displayed Facebook names when announcing the results, where permitted by law.

09. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or involve fraud or misuse. Sponsor is not responsible for entries made inaccessible by Facebook outages or technical issues outside Sponsor's reasonable control. If circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from proceeding as advertised, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it to the extent permitted by applicable law, with notice posted on the official Facebook Page.

10. Facebook disclaimer and release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, each participant releases Facebook and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or related to this Giveaway, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Entrants understand that information provided to claim a prize is provided to Barracuda Baits LLC, not to Facebook or Meta.

11. Acceptance of rules

By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules, subject to applicable law. All decisions regarding entry eligibility and administration of the Giveaway will be made reasonably and consistently with these Official Rules.
